2. Estimates & Pricing
Estimates are free and provided in writing before work begins. The price we quote is the price you pay for the scope described. If additional work is discovered during a job, we stop and get your approval before proceeding. Prices for parts and labor may vary by door size, spring type, and materials required.
3. Scheduling & Access
Same-day service is offered when availability allows and is not guaranteed. You agree to provide safe access to the garage and work area at the scheduled time. If we cannot access the work area, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing. We accept major payment methods, which our office will confirm when you book.
5. Warranty
Repairs and installations are covered by the written warranty terms provided at the time of service, together with any applicable manufacturer warranties. See our Warranty page for details. Warranties do not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or work performed by others after our visit.
6. Safety
Garage door springs and cables are under extreme tension and can cause serious injury. Do not attempt to adjust or repair springs, cables, or bottom brackets yourself. We are not responsible for injuries or damage resulting from self-repair attempts before or after our service.
7. Website Use
Content on this website - text, photos, and design - belongs to us or is used with permission and may not be copied for commercial use without consent. We work to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the site is error-free.
8. Communications & SMS
By submitting a form with SMS consent checked, you agree to receive text messages from us about your service request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. We never sell your contact information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service at issue. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
