Our Warranty
Every repair and installation we do is backed in writing. Here's what's covered, for how long, and how to make a claim - in plain English.
If We Did It, We Stand Behind It
When our technician finishes a job, you get the warranty terms for that specific work in writing - the covered parts, the coverage period, and who to call. No fine print buried on page nine. If something we installed fails under normal use during the coverage period, we come back and make it right at no charge.
Repairs & Parts
Springs, cables, rollers, hinges, and other repair parts we install are covered against defects in parts and workmanship. If a part we installed fails under normal use during the warranty period, we replace it - parts and labor.
Garage Door Openers
New openers carry the full manufacturer warranty (LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Genie warranties vary by model - we go over yours in writing at install). Our installation labor is warrantied separately, so a wiring or mounting issue is on us, not you.
New Door Installations
New doors carry the manufacturer warranty on sections, hardware, and finish - Clopay warranties range up to lifetime on select collections. Our installation workmanship is covered on top of that.
The Honest Part
What's Not Covered
- Damage from vehicle impact, storms, or other accidents after the work was completed
- Normal wear items past their rated service life (e.g., springs beyond their cycle rating)
- Parts or doors we did not install or repair
- Damage caused by modifications or repairs performed by someone else after our visit
